I agree with MagicDip's formation on the game against Brazil. Here's what I have for shirt names, subs, bookings, set piece takers and strategy:

Spoiler: show
NOTES:
1.van der SAR | 2.REIZIGER | 3.STAM | 11.COCU | 4.F. de BOER | 16.DAVIDS | 12.ZENDEN | 7.R. de BOER | 6.JONK | 9.KLUIVERT | 8.BERGKAMP | 20.WINTER | 17.v.HOOIJDONK | 10.SEEDORF
'56 - Aron Winter in, Michael Reiziger Out (Reiziger - Right Arm Injury | Winter - Plays RB)
'74 - Pierre van Hooijdonk in, Boudewijn Zenden Out (van Hooijdonk - Plays as a CF alongside Kluivert. Kluivert now acts as a left CF, as Bergkamp turns into a central SS, as van Hooijdonk plays as a right CF)
'110 - Clarence Seedorf in, Wim Jonk Out (Seedorf - Plays as a CMF)

Michael Reiziger - Yellow Card '47 (Sliding tackle on Rivaldo, cutting off his run)
Edgar Davids - Yellow Card '59 (Hits César Sampaio from behind)
Pierre van Hooijdonk - Yellow Card '90 + '1 (Diving after colliding with Júnior Baiano)
Clarence Seedorf - Yellow Card '118 (Collides with Dunga)

After 120 minutes of regular and extra game time, the game ends in a 1x1 draw. A penalty shoot-out is held to break the tie.

PENALTY KICKERS ORDER: Frank de Boer - Dennis Bergkamp - Philip Cocu - Ronald de Boer

Short Free Kick: Pierre van Hooijdonk
2nd Free Kick: Wim Jonk
Long Free Kick: Frank de Boer | Wim Jonk | Edgar Davids | Edwin van der Sar
Left Corner: Wim Jonk
Right Corner: Ronald de Boer
Penalty: -
Capitain: Frank de Boer
Up on Corners: Jaap Stam, Frank de Boer, Philip Cocu

Team Strategy
Left Side Attack
Centre Attack
Change Sides: Dennis Bergkamp/Patrick Kluivert | Wim Jonk/Edgar Davids | Pierre van Hooijdonk/Patrick Kluivert
Counter Attack

From what I remember that was their formation because Overmars and Numan were injured.
In the first matches, if memory serves me, Overmars played instead of Zenden, Cocu as CM instead of Jonk and Numan as LB.
