Just a few notes on this player:

Arana is probably the most acclaimed LB in the brazilian league atm. He is a good dribbler (with a knack for nutmegs), he can deliver decent crosses and sometimes belt in some rockets from medium distances.

Thing is, although he is deployed mainly as a LB, he is much more inclined to attack as a LWB/LMF, while Allan or Jair cover him at LB. He is not slow at all, but his positioning sometimes makes it hard for him to overlap and track back quickly.

Even though his pace is decent, his stamina is definitely an issue. He clearly gets tired after running for '60 min or so (this can be seen quite often during the Brasileirão, and to some extent wasn't hard to notice during the Olympic Games).

He does not bother much with defending. When he does, his pace is his main weapon to try to fend off wingers.

Great initiative making nowadays players from Brasileirão.

I guess he will be soon on Atlético Mineiro AS, so it is good to have him here.

Good player with still growth potential.

Guilherme sustained a severe injury yesterday against Bragantino. His left knee was heavily damaged, and he could be out for a year. I hope this injury does not hamper his career.
