I would also go for 88-89 in SA considering his scoring rate between 1980 and 1986 and the fact the he scored many goals from free kick and penalty. This of course applies if SA is related only to goals scored during an action because from what I understand the accuracy from free kicks is not related to SA but only FKA. His scoring rate was even almost 0,1 points higher between 1975 and 1980 but he was playing in France which was probably already an inferior championship compared to Serie A so SA 87 in the early set is ok for me. I'd also slightly decrease his HEA ability in both sets. He surely was a good header but 85 to me is too much. |

There are a few attributes that need an increase. I have watched a couple of complete matches featuring him vs Holland in 81 and Italy in 82 and he frequently tracked back and made a good defensive contribution putting in tackles and intercepting balls. His stamina should rise also due to the number of times he tracked back. His dribble speed needs a considerable rise as he was considerably quick on the ball as the run at 6:49 mins in the video below highlights. The compilation vs Holland provides an example of his good defensive contribution with an interception at 4:33, a full-blooded tackle at 5:16 and a slide tackle at 5:24.

Just a little thing that I would change is Growth Type: Standard or Late/Peak. After all, he retired in 1987 when he was only 32 and the era for this set ends in 1986.
What's more, he retired because he figured that he couldn't take it anymore as his performances in the 1986-87 season were nowhere near those of the previous years. |
