Its a Shame that Players that dont give anything to "La Banda" have a place here and others don't be incluided.

Do you know what's the real shame here? You make suggestions here but give no reasons why they should be applied. Then you insult beiderbecke of having poor knowledge, although he surely had much more knowledge about South American football and football in general than you..
As I have not so much knowledge about Argentine football, I won't make any suggestions/changes here but I just reply to two of your suggestions that I can speak about:
1) Almeyda for Rossi? Rossi was way better than Almeyda (Rossi was probably the best Argentine DM alonside Monti) and was important part of the best team in River Plate history. Why should he be swapped for Almeyda who had his prime at Lazio/Parma?
2) I wouldn't even see a problem with Ortega in first team but why should Lopez go to the reserves? 466 matches for the club with 84 goals (only Carrizo, Merlo and Labruna played more games for River plate), seven championships, beeing the brain of the team for eleven years but yeah, he better should go to the reserves. I would have understood swapping Ortega for Munoz but Ortega instead of Lopez? Seems beiderbecke isn't the only one with "poor" knowledge about River Plate here..

Emmm, no, Jose Ramos wasn't a defender, was a DMF with basic 'box-to-box' endurance on the field in the 3-2-2-3 formation in La Maquina de River, he should be on Midfielders section, but this isn't everything yet..

Now, Juan Pablo Sorin needs to be in first team since there's no real SB (Vairo and Yacono were rather more CB than pure SB in the 3-2-2-3/3-2-5 system), you can add him and take out J. Ramos or Juan C. MUÑOZ (one of these too should be out it's your call) and move Moreno and Pedernera to Attackers section, isn't obvious  ? They played on midfield too, but they were forwards mainly..

And for best XI, I rather suggest this:

4-3-3/4-2-4

GK: Carrizo
CB: Vaghi
CB/SWP: Passarella
RB: Yacono
LB: Sorin/Vairo
DMF/CMF: Merlo/J. Lopez
DMF/CMF: Rossi
AMF/SS: Alonso/Pedernera
SS: Moreno
SS: Francescoli
CF/SS: Labruna

Or something close to that.

Yeah , your formation is accurate gordon but yeah i agree , Sorin deserved to be the SB, i have my doubts i always disscused this with my friends , if Barovero was better than Carrizo , We discuss to points , 1. Amadeo was one of the best gk of our history and spend so much time in the team.
2. Barovero was more skillfull than Carrizo ( someones tells that ) and he was part of one of the unforgettable teams of the history of River , ( Probably in the top of the 3 best teams ever of River) so this is very disscused , and also El Pato is another than can't be forgotten.

Probably now Maidana deserved a place in the first team.

For sure Labruna is better than Bernabe Ferreyra no one can replaced Angelito in than position.

About the changes of the team you can read my previus posts there.

And why questioning Carrizo and not the penalty saver Goycochea?

At least he's honest enough to say that Barovero is River's an all time great.

I was talking about the formation switch Carrizo > Barovero.

Goycochea don't have to do nothing here IMO it's dummy put him in the reserves.

Still not conviced about Barovero replacing Carrizo (or in others cases, replacing Fillol), add him to reserves, in the other hand, is a must though.
