He deserves a Corinthians' version. IMO a more defensive and better set.

R.I.P. legend, one of the greatest foreigners who ever played in Brazil. I agree that a Corinthians set could be created.

He needs another version, that of Corinthians in 2000, he remained as a defensive midfielder. His style of play was different at the time, it would be interesting.

I'm a new member here, but, I could help and make a stat of Rincón about his passage here in Brazil (Palmeiras and Corinthians).

In Corinthians he took some penalties very well, so, I suggest that could be added PK TAKER ability.

He was more defensive too, this defence was very low, he making a great defensive duo playing together with VAMPETA in 1998, 1999 and 2000, with a very physical style, winning 2 times the Serie A of Brazil in 1998 and 1999, and considered one of the bests of the tournament with Vampeta in 1999.

In this brazilian online article he was cited as 'Volante' (Defensive Midfielder) beside Vampeta.

The offensive midfielders of Corinthians in Rincon era was:
- 1997: #7 Marcelinho Carioca and #10 Souza (played in SPFC later);
- 1998, 1999 and 2000: #7 Marcelinho Carioca and #11 Ricardinho.

In my opinion the main position in this era is CM maybe with AM and DM as optional, with a defence next to 70 and attack between 75-77. He used to make tackles on the field, but it was common he takes yellow card fools, but he was combative and had a good ball protection.
