INFO:
Andy Cole was a centre forward. He played for Arsenal, Fulham and Bristol City in his early career. He joined Newcastle United in 1992, scoring 68 goals in 84 matches throughout three seasons. He transferred to Manchester United in 1995. He had with the "Red Devils" his best time: 275 games and 121 goals in six years. After a few good seasons at Blackburn Rovers, he played for Fulham, Manchester City, Portsmouth, Birmingham City, Sunderland, Burnley and Nottingham Forest, retiring in 2009. He capped for England in 15 occasions, scoring once.
Cole was a very prolific scorer, who formed a goal machine with Dwight Yorke at Manchester United. A complete striker, he scored many vital goals during his career. However, he wasn't just that. He had skill, vision of the game, work ethic and provided as many scoring chances as the goals he scored. He could make short passes but even long ones after moving to the side. He was very fast and gifted with accurate as well as quick dribbling. He had a very good leap and was effective with the head. His outstanding shot technique made him able to score some incredible goals from difficult positions or with bicycle kicks.

Maybe his SA is a little bit too high. He was known for missing a lot of chances but still scoring lots of goals because his movement was so good that he got lots of scoring chances through the match, kind of like Ibra. In terms of SA, in my opinion he is roughly even with Yorke although with obviously better ST.

Fair point. I'll give him the same SA value I gave Yorke.

Which game/highlights should I watch to confirm that TS/ACC? Like 8-9 1998-1999 season games and I haven't noticed anything that good with his pace (both with and without the ball).

He looked to me a bit faster than Yorke but I may have exaggerated. What values do you suggest?

Yorke is not that fast to me either, both Cole and Yorke barely did a thing against Adams, Keown or Bould in 1999 and they weren't the fastest defenders in England at the time.
But I can't bluntly disregard/ignore that you have perceived a difference between each other or if they have or not displayed great pace at any certain point between 1996-2000, Konami gave each of them TS 82 ACC 84, which to me is good enough to me so far, but let's give them a shot and rate Yorke with TS/ACC at 83-85 and Cole's TS/ACC at 84-85-86.

You can give him +1 more in TS & ACC, I'm now a believer of his pace.
