What a legendary win by Leicester City against Southampton! May they fight for the title again this year?

I doubt it to be honest, as much as I’d like to see it, Liverpool and City are just too consistent. I honestly wouldn’t be shocked if Liverpool went the entire season undefeated, they are just that good...

So just to clarify: if a team plays a 2-3-5 formation, the centre half should have DMF as their primary position, right? And if a team plays a 3-2-5, the left and right back should have SB as their primary? I’m pretty bad at figuring out old formations...

I may be wrong but I usually consider the centre half as centre back and the wing half as defensive midfielder. When a team has three defenders I put them either as three centre backs or one centre back and two side backs because I don't see too much difference.

i'd like to bring this little debate here: Considering how Lewandowski started this season, if he can keep this form and propel Bayern to the UCL final or even win it, combined with a good Euro, do you guys see him as Ballon D'or finalist for the next year?

Finalist of course but he even if those things happen he doesn't have a chance to win it. Look at Sneijder in 2010 or Ribéry in 2013, in the end the popularity of a player is most important at those elections and not the actual performances.

Well his start to this season wouldn’t be relevant to next year’s Ballon d’Or. But Messi is still by far the best player in the world and should win it again, just like he should have in 8 or 9 of the last 10 years. Lewandowski can only score as many goals as Messi, but he can’t even come close to replicating his influence over the whole game. Never mind that the Euros are also next year and I can’t see Poland doing particularly well (which is a huge thing in Ballon d’Or voting in even numbered years)

Why my Miguel Areias and Pedro Ribeiro's topics deleted in this section? viewforum.php?f=9

I know that some attributes were wrong or something but I don't think it's correct that the topics are deleted without even informing me.
