No Raich CARTER here? Although he played only three seasons for Derby, he surely is one of the greatest players to ever play for the club and he also played an important role in the Derby squad that won their only FA cup in 1946. He definitely needs to be here..
Btw, quite funny to see that the Derby fans selected Stefano Eranio for their all time greatest XI. I mean, Sammy Crooks "only" played 408 matches with 105 goals for them (+ 26 matches for the England NT with 7 goals) but instead they voted an Italian guy whose good times were already over when he joined Derby
IMO we should think about swapping Eranio with Carter in first team, Carter was much better than him..

To add on to what gurkenjoe said here, which I agree with (although 5 years too late), there's absolutely no way Stimac should be in the starting XI over Colin Todd. McFarland and Todd are the two best Derby defenders ever and it's not even close.

If anything Stimac could even be in the reserves as I think Dave Mackay was maybe a more important figure in Derby's history (he played as a sweeper while there) and was hugely influential in building Derby's excellent generation in the 70s. Yes, he left just before they won the title but even despite playing in the Second Division he was named Footballer of the Year in England and helped the entire team improve enormously.

Billy Steel can also be added to reserves.
