Dondinho is a very hard player to rate, there're no videos of him, I could just find that he scored more than 700 goals (no idea how many are official) and was very famous for his header ability, he scored 5 head goals in a single game that is the world record. Dondinho is also knows to be the father of Pelé and taught him how to dribble.

The team this guy was playing for in those years spent almost all of the seasons in the Campeonato Paulista Série A2. It's easy to guess that the level of football was very low. I can't see him deserving red, orange and so many high yellow stats. He looks better than someone like Bierhoff, and not just as header but overall.

But yeah, Interista is absolutely right, the level of competition he played was very weak. He cant be represented by those high stats. I can't see him even with high yellows.

He can have low yellow stats. That's not a problem. And stats like speed and jump shouldn't be rated based on the league. I mean, a guy who plays in a lower league can still be fast or capable of jumping high, for example. The problem is the rest of the stats that make him look like someone who would do well in a top team in a top league.

He never played for the national team, he played 1 game for Atletico Mineiro and then got injured, couldn't keep up with the physical demands of professional football so ended up playing in the amateur leagues.

Everything written about him is borderline fictional. If he wasn't Pelé's dad then nobody would ever have heard of him.
