INFO:
Platt is a former attacking midfielder, who could play also as secondary striker and central midfielder. Grown up at Manchester United, he started his professional career in 1984 at Crewe Alexandra. Joining Aston Villa in 1988, it took him a while before he could stand out. The English press initially compared his muscles and brain to a hamster due to his physique. However, he proved everyone wrong since his performances were of high level in First Division: 148 appearances and 64 goals in four seasons. He transferred to Italy, where he had a good 1991-92 season at Bari and two at Sampdoria from 1993 to 1995, respectively scoring 11 and 17 goals in 29 and 55 matches ─ in the middle, an unsuccessful year at Juventus. He came back to England in 1995, this time at Arsenal, making 107 appearances from 1995 to 1998, scoring 14 goals. He retired in 2001 after a short experience at Nottingham Forest. He capped for England 62 times − 20 as captain − scoring 27 goals.
Throughout his career, Platt showed to be a hardworking player, who possessed good technique, dribbling and passing ability as well as great stamina, agonism and quickness of thought. Also a prolific scorer, he was equally accurate with both feet, able to hit the ball with first touches, in acrobatic ways or sometimes with dangerous long range shots. However, he was mostly a great header, gifted with an impressive leap. He could make runs from the midfield to the penalty box and finish with a powerful header or a flicked one near the post. An all-round player, he was effective when attacking but he claimed to be also good at covering. In fact, Juventus bought him as successor of Tardelli − things unfortunately didn't go well.

I'm only curious.
I never saw an AMF with so much STA, it was really so endurable in his young days?.

Nedved was never fully an AMF, it was mostly used as SMF, which was assigned very specific defensive tasks, and also he played some time as CMF.

Laudrup at best can have 82/84 in STA.

Gerrard played as CMF in his peak, so his STA is deserved.

Despite being mostly an AMF he was described as a tireless runner who ran from midfield to opponent's area for the entire match often to hit the ball with the head.
Therefore I think he deserves that values.

Unfortunately during the years with Arsenal his condition wasn't so good due to injuries and he wasn't that tirless runner anymore.
For this reason his position changed to CMF.
He also became a substitute of players like Ince, Gascoigne and even youngsters like McManaman and Anderton in the national team.

Couldn't be said better.

Anyways, does he really needs Passing? If he does, then he needs passer among cards or you actually use PES 2012/2013 Cards format?

I actually don't really know which cards format you use here.
I thought PES 2013 so I use them.
Which one do I have to use?

I want to reserve the right to express my opinion on these two, so we avoid a controversy.
In any case...
Spoiler: show

Here we use different formats, but it is more common is that of PES 2011(At least I use that).

Yes, since PES 2011 is (though not perfect) in my opinion the best way to somehow related the cards with the special abilities.
