Aren't this stats a bit high for a player who never managed to settle in a big league? Solid striker for sure but after all Chilean and Mexican league are not that high level..
Unfortunately PESmaster doesn't have his stats from PES 2008 or PES 2009, they could be helfpul here..

Well when i seen El chupete play , and breaking with league theme ,
ATK 83 More than enough for a lethal player in concacaf league.
BB can be stay in 84.
RES 81 nothing espectacular to say.
DA and DS maybe a number of 81 and 78
Also SA in 82 and ST 83 Enough to make him danger.
AGG can be down to 86. Also remove Dribbling
After that all is Okay.

Konami stats don't help much btw, chilean players are very underrated by Konami in those years.
And he has bad luck with him transfers because him age. But, he was the most descive player for these club in the International scene and the mexican league for this years have a great level (And that powerful Colo-Colo was the base for the Chilean NT: Valdivia, Fernandez, Vidal, Sanchez, Bravo...).

I gave him this stats for thinking more in his perfomance in the Sudamericana 2006, Libertadores 2007 and the Conmebol Qualifiers 2010, when he was the best american striker with Salvador Cabañas. After him injury in Zaragoza he became a Concacaf lethal player.

BTW only is my point of view  . I can do some changes to the set, because i'm to learn

Here some videos for this ST.
Spoiler: show

This is a collection of all of his goals on the "Cacique", but i adjunt only for the goal of 0:59

You better don't wait any support from them, the newest games are crap stats wise, they are focusing in the bigger teams more than ever, PES 2014 was the last reliable game in terms of stats quality...
