Well, I go for Yashin, Bergomi, Beckenbauer, Roberto Carlos, Matthäus, Luís Suárez, Maradona, Pelé (why isn't he among the attackers?), Matthews, Cruijff, Cristiano Ronaldo (was Ronaldinho a left winger?). Honestly, I was forced with some decisions. I would've rather had Pelé as centre forward and Roberto Baggio as offensive midfielder with Maradona, but hey, it's France Football so let's give some players a wrong position and let's use a three-men defence with two side backs.

GK BUFFON
CB THURAM
CB/SWP BECKENBAUER/DESAILLY
CB MALDINI
DMF MATTHÄUS/RIJKAARD
DMF REDONDO
AMF GULLIT/MARADONA
AMF DI STÉFANO
RWF MESSI/BECKHAM
LWF CRISTIANO RONALDO/RIVALDO
CF RONALDO/VAN BASTEN

*Rivaldo and Beckham if I want to feed Van Basten with crosses.
*Rijkaard and Desailly provide a massive physical presence late in the second half.
*Maradona as super sub.

I went for:

Yashin
Thuram
Beckenbauer
Maldini
Rijkaard
Matthaus
Di Stefano
Pele
Messi
Cruyff
Ronaldo

All pretty easy decisions for me, I only wish that you could pick two central defenders so I could put Baresi in there. Also some of the choices are bizarre. Thomas N'Kono?

N'Kono is a goat just by watching his best saves. 8-)

Nobody's denying his reflexes, but surely any sensible person would have Kahn before him

I would say van der Sar is even less "top 10" than the N'Kono.

You could literally fill a to 10 great keepers with just Germans, Italians and Spaniards.

And to think Tetê left Grêmio because Renato thought he wasn't ready to be a professional :? . Of course we had Everton and Pepê, but to let a guy like him pass without playing a single match is very frustrating, and it seems the same will happen with Diego Rosa.

Let's be honest: All of us would have rather taken a fair and square defeat with three goals difference than beeing three goals down at half-time and equalizing in the 90th minute, only for the goal to be taken away by VAR
Btw:

The tackle and pass by Kimmich. The rocket shot by Tolisso. That performance by the "King". Just remember that this team was humilated by Frankfurt only one year ago and what Flick has transformed it to.

Does anybody know about a site containing the 98-99 full squad of Brøndby IF?

With all the shirt numbers at least.

Check all the matches of Brøndby IF in the group stage. I think all the numbers are indicated.

Of course the score is too high but in the end you don't say no to another goal ;)
Great performance by Gladbach as well.
