Buffon > Casillas in my opinion. Also, Fritz Walter surely has to be here, Hurst scored a hattrick in the final but was a much worse player, while Klose is obviously the record scorer but wasn't crucially important in the team that actually won the tournament. Walter could probably replace either of those...

If you reduce Walter only on his amateur status, then you prove again your poor knowledge on German football in general (just in case you don't know, Lothar's name is spelled Matthäus, not Matthaüs). Guess that's the reason why Helmut Rahn is blatantly ignored here as well despite playing a much bigger role in German WC history than Klose :roll:
Don't know how Rossi ended in best XI here, he should be removed for Charlton (Meazza as SS, Charlton as AMF).
Btw Stuart is right, Buffon is clearly ahead of Casillas here..
