Lucky that Groß started playing as a right back this season so he could join the starting XI :D To be honest, I'd consider moving him into the midfield, switching Ziege for Huth and play a narrow 3-5-2. Those three CBs were much better than any of the other defenders.

I know that this comment would come :D
Actually my decision was between a 3-5-2 (without Hamann but with Huth as third CB) and 4-4-2 but left defensive side is clearly the weakness of that team (or to say the least covered position). And yeah, I know that Groß started on that position since his season but a) he has been excellent there and b) he previously played on the right side for them, so I considered him a better choice than Babbel or Volz (who - to my surprise isn't even in Fulham AS despite beeing quite good there in the mid 2000s). He is certainly the most underrated player of that team and his performances in PL don't stand behind of those from Özil, Ballack or Gündogan IMO.

I just noticed Trautmann isn’t here, I’m guessing it’s because it’s Premier League only and not the full First Division.

Yep. You made many of your teams with the "English First Division" specification.
