I believe he is better than Serginho and Diego Costa (I dont know about both English players).
Among the reserves, Kleber is the gladiator one? If so, he could be out, he was indeed very dirty but he has no level comparing the others here.

I don't know if he really has a place on this team but there is a Bulgarian international player from the thirties who was truly a dirtiest player, Borislav Gabrovski. He is known for having deliberately jumped on the leg of one of his opponents to break it, when he was a player at АС-23, so violently that the opposing team left the field, which gave victory to АС-23. He was also known for throwing mud in the face of his opponents, jab with a needle and openly kick at the ankles when the referee wasn’t looking. He play 30 times for the Bulgarian national team and at World Cup qualifier against Austria in 1934, he have breaking the leg of Austrian captain Walter Nausch and slapped Karl Sesta. On time while he was a substitute he entered the field and beat up local spectators and police.

I would suggest Almir Pernambuquinho, and even his death was because of a fight in a bar, being shot at the age of 35, a real troublemaker.
Other interesting names: - Frank Rijkaard, because the event that he spitting in Rudi Völler's face in 1990 WC; - Mauro Tassotti, after broke Luis Enrique's nose with an elbow in 1994 WC; - Chicão (SPFC, Atlético Mineiro and Brazil in 1978 WC) was a very physical player, but he was famous for injuring some opponents (he broke the leg of Angelo from Atlético Mineiro). His nickname was "Paulada", something like hit something with a stick. Against the Argentina in 1978 WC, he intimidated Mario Kempes in this 0-0 draw.
