Hans Bornemann & Otto Schweisfurth, both defenders from the "Kreisel" era should be here..
Also Ernst Kalwitzki should be part of the first team instead of Willi Koslowski as Kalwitzki and his many goals were way more important than Koslowski..

I think, we can add Raúl in Reserves... He inspired Schalke to fight when he signed for the German team, and with his mentality Schalke played semifinals of UEFA Champions League when the team wasn't one of the best of Europe

Aren't Huntelaar (second goalscorer in Schalke history) and Höwedes (a by the moment a one man club) missing here?

Klaas-Jan HUntelaar is the 2nd highest goalscorer of all time (after Klaus Fischer) in Schalke. Needs to be in the first team!!

He is the second highest goalscorer of the BL era, not in Schalke's history.
Urban, Kalwitzki, Szepan, Poertgen, Klodt and Kuzorra all scored more goals than Huntelaar and were all better players.
The only possible change could be Huntelaar for Sand but IMO Sand deserves this place more than Huntelaar. Sand may have scored less goals than Huntelaar but in general he was better player: while Huntelaar usually concentrated on scoring goals, Sand also went back to help the defence and support his team-mates. Huntelaar often disappeared when there was pressure on his team while Sand was leader and fighter. Even today Schalke fans often shout his name (more than ten years after he left) because Sand was/is such a big Schalke legend.
I always liked the "Hunter" but with all respect to him, he shouldn't be in first team here.

I never knew that Raúl had a moderate impact in only two years in Germany.
