gurkenjoe93 wrote: TMW and BB could IMO go down as well. He's just an extremly agile guy with good speed and good dribbling, except for that he was very average player. I never understood how this guy made it to the NT and even played in a WC semi final.. What numbers do you suggest in that Terms ? , i also have doubts about him , he was a lucky after playing so good with Mineiro in Libertadores of 2013 , Brazil don't have more players to call , so they use they homeland ligue players......

You can give both BB and TW 70, or maybe just BB..

After watching Bernard at the 2014WC, and knowing him from his time at Atlético Mineiro, here are a few suggestions I'd make: Nickname: "Alegria nas Pernas" Set era: 2011-2013 --> 2012-2014 (Atlético MG, Shakhtar Donetsk, 2013 Confed. Cup, 2014 WC) ATT: 75 --> 74 DEF: 37 --> 35 BAL: 70 --> 67 STA: 80 --> 77 TS: 87 --> 86 ACC: 89 --> 90 DA: 85 --> 80 SPA: 75 --> 74 SPS: 78 -->75 LPS: 82 --> 77 SA: 79 --> 74 SP: 81 --> 79 ST: 75 --> 76 CUR: 84 --> 79 HEA: 70 --> 68 JUM: 74 --> 75 TEC: 85 --> 81 AGG: 87 --> 84 TW: 72 --> 67 Injury Tolerance: A --> B WFA: 3 --> 5 WFF: 3 --> 4 CONS: 5 --> 4 FK Style: 2 Dribbling Style: 2 (not so sure about this one) Special Abilities: Dribbling - Side (No Outside/No Tactical Dribble) Tbh, I never understood why/how brazilian fans and media hyped this guy. Back in the day, I did not think much of him, seemed a quite average "little guy", with great acceleration bursts, decent speed and quick feet (thus the nickname "Alegria nas Pernas"), plus a few good free kicks. Other than that, I feel he didn't have much else to offer. I have no idea why Felipão thought he'd be a good addition to the squad. During the WC, his main weapon was his acceleration. He was unable to show any good dribbling skills, managing to bottle up many chances with his very selfish playstile, missing most of his attempts. In general, in terms of skill, he was nowhere near Oscar, Willian, or even Lucas Moura (who wasn't called up for the WC).

Scolari should have called old man Kaká instead to give the squad a chunk of "experience".

I believe Brazil had in 2014 what I call a "Lost Generation". Lucas Leiva, Anderson, Pato, Ganso, all these players where great promises that failed to fullfill the expectations that where placed upon them. Then we have the case of the more experienced players like Kaká, Adriano, Ronaldinho, Robinho, still in an age in which they could show something worthy, but their careers declined for different reasons and they were not that great in 2014 anymore. So we had to play a World Cup in our country with the worst squad we ever had in a competition like that, and the result, as tragic as what it was, was very predictable since the match against Chile. I think an elimination in that day would have been fair.
