INFO:

Bafétimbi Gomis is a French striker, best known for his time at Lyon but with a long and prolific career in France, Turkey and Saudi Arabia. He scored over 100 goals in Ligue 1 and earned 12 caps for France. He's famous for his goal celebrations where he pretends to be a panther, a tribute to Salif Keita with whom he shares the nickname of "Black Panther". With Al-Hilal, he's considered one of the best foreign players in the history of the club, scoring 116 goals in just 154 games and winning the Asian Champions League in 2019 and 2021, becoming the top scorer of the 2019 edition. He's a physically strong player with a good sense for goal, scoring at a strong rate throughout his career. During this part of his career he wasn't as fast or dynamic as before, but his physicality was a real problem for the weaker Turkish and Saudi defenders. He's not a very technical player and often looks awkward with the ball, but he's a reliable scoring threat: he doesn't score pretty goals but generally if you can get the ball to him in the box then he'll score. He's a good header of the ball and a reliable penalty taker, he scored 26 out of 30 for Al-Hilal.

I wouldn't say that he isn't a technical player at all, from what I remember about him he at least had slow but solid dribbling. That he looked akward with the ball IMO rather comes from his lack of agility, not from him beeing bad with the ball in general. IMO those two abilites shouldn't be that close together (even for that part of his career), tbh something like 74/75 for DA and 70 for AGI would rather make sense here.

It's true that he wasn't just automatically losing the ball when it was passed to him, but with his playing style he was never really trying to dribble, the most he did was take maybe two touches inside the box to make space for a shot. He was pretty decent at that at least. It's true he looked really stiff though, I almost never saw him turning with the ball. AGI 70 and DA 74 is a good compromise.
