Passing stats should be significantly lower than Cherro's, the passing abilities are far more highlighted on Cherro than Seoane, plus a big reason of why Benitez Caceres and Varallo were such great goalscorers, was because of Cherro's assists; something like that can't be said about Manuel Seoane, who was indeed a good passer too, but according to the info around the net, nothing similar to Roberto Cherro.
