INFO:

Mihail Lozanov was one of the first Bulgarian players to play abroad and he even captained Bayern team. He was centre forward, very strong and penetrative, determinate and combative like a fury, very aggressive with cannon shot and decent technique, knew to motivate his teammates and was known for his leadership. He was born in Pernik and 19-year-old blue dress shirt. With "Levski" played 79 league games, which marks 43 goals - a remarkable achievement for the time. Lozanov is fortunate to triumph with the first championship for "blue" in 1933, making it duplicated four years later. He is also the winner of the Cup "Ulpia Serdica" in 1930, 1931 and 1932 In 1935 Tanka playing time in Czechoslovak team "Moravska Slavia" and from 1937 to 1939 Munich dress shirt "Bayern". Moreover, as long as acknowledgment and to be captain of the team, which only proves what was his authority among the other teammates. For Germany it is referred to as the jewel in the Bayern attack. Of course, in those years, "Bayern" is not what terror, which became the late '60s, but two years in Germany Lozanov prestige of Bulgarian football, which is struggling to take its place in the sun . After returning to Bulgaria Michael Lozanov're playing in "Levski", which ended his career in 1941 at the age of 30. In the 30s militant trio of "Levski" Peshev - Panchev - Lozanov wreaking havoc among rivals That are three main players in the national team in those years. With the national team Lozanov has 38 games in which marked 10 goals. He debuted on April 19, 1931 against Yugoslavia in Belgrade in the 0:1 defeat in the first match of the tournament for the Balkan Cup and last match played on October 22, 1939 against Germany 1:2 in Sofia. As national Tanka in 1931 won the Cup of the Bulgarian Olympic Committee. In the first match against Turkey in particular he noted the first goal, which gave rise to an impressive 5-1 victory. Against Yugoslavia losing 0-2 at the break, but shortly after the resumption of the game Lozanov head reduces the gap to eventually reach the full twist - 3-2 to Bulgaria. Special response have beat Bulgaria's Balkan Cup tournament in 1932 and 1935, which is the most prestigious race of the day. During the 1932 tournament in Yugoslavia and "floating" do not hide their ambitions to win on his own land. But Bulgarians surpassed himself in a duel with a decisive 3-2 home win, as the author of Lozanov's third goal. And the winners meeting in Sofia is the most spectacular event in the years before World War II. At the end of the year Turkey, which does not participate in the event, inviting us for a friendly match in Istanbul. The hosts want to win prestige with a victory over the Balkan champions but their accounts have curves. When you score 2-2 ten minutes before the end something amazing happens - Michaud Lozanov sings anthem "Shumi Maritsa" Like an electric current passes through the bodies of our players and the crest of enthusiasm they reach victorious 3-2 and "Turks tremble, sometimes not seen" anything like that. In 1935 the tournament was held in Sofia, Lozanov marks the first goal in the victory over Romania 4-0. Bulgaria and Yugoslavia finished with equal points and equal goal difference, but then decided Balkan Cup Committee to be presented to our team. Michael Lozanov participated in the first World Cup qualifiers in Bulgaria. In 1934, it marked the only goal in the defeat of Austria in Vienna 1:6, and took part in the defeat of Czechoslovakia with a 0:6 in 1938 he was among those who suffered the most crushing defeat in the history the national team - 0:13 against Spain on 21 May 1933 in Madrid. After the end of the season 1993-1994, "Levski" once again become champion and captain Nasko Sirakov box enter the stadium "Vasil Levski" to award the trophy to Michael Lozanov. He nostalgically recall forgotten moments of triumph the first championship title for six decades.
