Pancheto is former Levski legend. He played as outside left, great player but mainly known for his goals directly from corner kicks, even was known under name Mr Corner. Asen was tricky and fast winger, especially fast on dribbling with great left foot, quick tactical dribblings, frantic desire to play, great technique, surprising and precise shot. Asen Panchev Levski's youth teen from the first team of the club 1922. For men's team played from 1924 to 1937, a total of 13 seasons. Participated in 98 league games with 59 goals, 71 international matches with 40 goals and more than 40 other meetings with 45 goals. Together with Assen Pashev have earned recognition as one of the best offensive couples in the history of Levski, which brought him the title of the country in 1933 and 1937. Assen is a four-Panchev parenets with Levski Sofia (1925, 1929, 1933, 1937) and four-time Cup winner "Ulpia Serdica" (1926, 1930, 1931, 1932). For "A" national team of Bulgaria played 41 matches and 18 goals noted. He is the first Bulgarian realized hat-trick for the national team. This was at the loss of France 3:5 in 1932. With the national team won the Balkan Cup in Belgrade in 1932. During the season 1934/1935 play like a pro in the "Bohemians" (Prague). After severe injury in 1937 became a coach and managed the team of Levski in his double championship in 1942. He died in 1989.
