ATT shouldn't be lowered to yellow values, that's way too harsh..
This guy belonged to the best British CFs during that era and he should be rated like that. He wasn't as good as Dean or Camsell (who were the best English CFs in those years) but there shouldn't be six points between them in ATT (91 maybe?).
What should be changed is consistency IMO. He already has 72/67 for STA/MEN, so he surely doesn't need 4 for CON. Pongo didn't belong to the most professional players at that time but he still had a lot of good performances during those years (especially in the 1930/31 season), so 5 would be better here....
