Usually the next career step was a talented footballer from there to neighboring Racing Club Lens, which was also supported by the mining company and controlled. However, in this case had also their league rival SC Fives from about 30 km north to Lille - Lens was the season 1938/39 on the seventh, Fives finished in ninth place. So was Joseph Jadrejak with his team until 1942 only games in the region and could, if they are qualified for it, to cross only in the final laps of the cup competition within the French borders. In Cup 1940/41 continued Fives first in the so-called zone interdite ("forbidden zone") by and then met in the finals of the Girondins AS du Port of Bordeaux - Jadrejaks first of six cup finals in his career where he and his SC 0 2 subject. Beginning in 1942, could Fives, whose dress during the war years. Prouff wore again participate in the championship of Division 1 and finished the season third in the Northern Group. The following year played Jadrejak, as other players of Fives and OIC Lille, not for his club, but for the FPS Fédérale de Lille-Flandres, the life of professional sports opposed to standing French government had created throughout the country 16 such "Federal teams," whose players now . were paid as state employees Lille-Flandres was behind the EF Lens Artois Second, although one of these runners, like all the "war championship title" between 1939/40 and 1944/45 and other than in the Cup competition in France is not an official title . 1944, a return to professional football clubs - for Joseph Jadrejak and some other strong Fivois however, this was not the SCF, because of the assumed start of the season due to financial reasons, with local rivals Olympique Iris Club merged and the name of Lille OSC. After the liberation of the country, the marriage of the LOSC began among coaches and George Berry (1946) André Cheuva that created from the merging clubs as a team, which among other things, Fives Bourbotte François Marceau Somerlinck, Boleslaw Tempowski, René Bihel and Jadrejak, the OIC Jules Bigot, Jean Lechantre, Jean Baratte, Roger Vandooren belonged, Jean-Marie Prévost and Jacques Grimonpon. 1944/45 team finished second in the league's northern group, only the fifth and lost the cup final - Jadrejaks second - much against Racing Paris, but already twelve months later they became French champion, also won in again reached cup finals and won thus also the Doublé. In 1949, the LOSC was the fifth times in a row in the cup final, this time the enemy was again Racing Paris, as in 1945 and remained the capital club clearly the upper hand. Joseph Jadrejak scored his only Endspieltor to which he, however his own goalkeeper Felix Witkowski for interim 0:5 (final score 2:5) overcame. In Division 1, was in Lille in 1948, 1949 and 1950 respectively also got runner. Joseph Jadrejak ended in the summer of 1950 his career, had in which he won four official title and, like Marceau Somerlinck and Jean Baratte in six French Cup finals was -. a record that up to the 21 Century endures. In May and June 1947 denied Joseph Jadrejak three A-international caps for France. Against the Netherlands (4-0) and Belgium (4-2) and Switzerland (2-1) each for 90 minutes he was on the right-back position, but although the Bleus won all three encounters friendship, it took account of the Association selection committee not later more. Jadrejak then cared for his café in Saint-Andre-lez-Lille, which he had been since the mid-1940s - a fact which had earned him the nickname "Baker of Saint-André" - and was involved as a "gofer", among other things, yet as a player coach, for the local amateur team.
