INFO:
Wolverhampton's legend Bill Slater could cover almost all positions: he played on the left side and was mainly wing-half or centre-half but also inside forward. In the late stage of his career he played also as full back. His career began in 1944. He played for Blackpool and Brentford before joining the "Wolves" in 1952. He played 339 matches and scored 25 goals for Wolverhampton in eleven seasons. He also capped 12 times for England and retired in 1964.
Slater was an incredibly versatile player thanks to his characteristics and qualities that fit many different positions: a natural leader with unflustered style, he was tall and strong but gifted with a long stride; blessed with skill, he had good ball control and clever passing; he showed very good reaction as wing-half and never pushed forward, being always careful not to leave the space uncovered; he was cool, authoritative, firm in tackle and had very good defensive ability in the centre-half position; consistent in his performances, he unlikely gave up but put all effort in the match from start to finish.

Wing-Half/Left Half = CMF, not SMF.
Inside Forward = SS, not WF.

Don't know if you already watched them but there are two full games of him available on footballia:

Ok thanks, I corrected the positions. The stats I'm not so sure about are the passing ones. What do you think?

He seemed to be more accurate with short passes than long passes. Maybe 84 SPA and 82 LPA.
Also he never went beyond his team half. ATT might be 75 or lower, DEF 78-79 and AGG under green value.
He seemed a bit more reactive also with high balls. Maybe REA 84, 77-78 HEA and JUM a bit higher.

Id lower AGG to 70 then, and add DMF as one of his positions, i don't see a reason why should be DEF should be increased.

I'd only touch HEA/JUM.

I ask: In which position he played in the FA Cup game?
