He was good when challenging his opponents thanks to strength and determination. BAL 82 is ok but I would lower DEF to 78.
He was fast but not incredibly fast so TS and ACC might be decreased by 2 points. Doing so his highest stats would be STA, RES and MEN which were his best features.
It makes no sense at all for him to have such shooting stats. He was a defensive player and never scored a goal so SA, FKA and CUR have to be lowered, especially the first two values which for me might even have less than 60. ST might be useful when he has to kick the ball away when challenging an opponent but 68 seems still a bit too high.
JUM 80 would be good enough combined with RES for anticipations but maybe 77 in HEA could be decreased to 75 considering his height.

ST has nothing to do with clearing the ball away, that's just SP and luck to find the determined loose ball.
