INFO:
Paul Sturrock was a Scottish striker, considered the greatest forward in Dundee United's history. He was a crucial part of the club's golden era and is their 2nd top scorer of all time. Sturrock was a quick and skillful forward that could play in central positions or on the wing, most famously partnering the target man Davie Dodds and forming a formidable duo. His trickiness and speed on the ball made him dangerous when running at defenders and his twisting and turning made him difficult to mark. He was a good crosser too, and a good finisher, especially from awkward positions. In big occasions he often left his mark, he is still the top scorer in the Dundee Derby and arguably his most famous performance was at the Nou Camp in a famous win over Barcelona. For Scotland he won 20 caps and was part of the squads at the 1982 and 1986 World Cup.
