His Condition should be 5... 2012 could be 6, but since 2013 he didn't play with the same regularity. |

I think 2008-2011 set needs an update... I find some values kinda wrong with him. First of all, the passes skills should be higher (at least short passes), if Guardiola has 97 and Xavi for me (and lot of people) is way better in that aspect than him, he is the best passer in the last 20 years by far (with Riquelme and Real Madrid's Zidane). SA should be lower (no more than 75-76) he scored a few goals but in my opinion these goals were thanks to his ST more than SA. TW could be 97-99, he was the main shaft of two of the most dominant teams ever (Guardiola's Barcelona and Spain from 2008-2012), he can be compared in this aspect with Di Stéfano or Beckenbauer, Barcelona without Xavi in that years was terrible (the matches without Xavi they lost) and Spain without Xavi... (well, you can see how after 2012 Spain is a really bad NT and it's not fault of player's talent ) |

http://www.pesmaster.com/xavi/pes-2011/player/866/ http://www.pesmaster.com/xavi/pes-2012/player/866/ I guess it shouldn't differ much from this both sets...only changes some values there and there and we got "Prime" Xavi... |

ATT needs to go down, he surely doesn't deserve more than 81 there. Also STA needs to be put back on old value, he never ran that much, not even during his prime. He was a passing machine, not a hard worker for his team.. Also TEC is way too much, he wasn't as good as Socrates there. Also 94 for his last years should be put back on old value. Same for DA, in the past it was agreed that 88-90 would be fair values for him, 92 is again too much for him.. AMF & DMF also need to be removed from positions, he never played on that positions during this time.. |

For 2010 he played as a sort of AMF, that's why i put that position, yet overall, he is a CMF and the DMF is when they need play more defensive.. I can agree with TEC at 94 in the last sets, Xavi never failed to control the ball in every situation, and it needs to be highlighted in this... STA is "high" because of his never ending movement around the field, making him as the player we know (aside from TW) and the defensive pressure he puts on the oppositions, harassing and stuffs like that (certainly not physical pressure and marking like Vieira or Makelele, but still i'm sure that you get the point).. Same of his ATT value, let's say that ATT is the influence that it has with playmaking abilities aside from passing skills, that's why it has "very" high value on that one. |

So, when are these changes redone? Old sets weren't that bad, some values are now totally overrated.. |

Yes, DA 90, TEC 92, TMW 96, ATT 83-84 should be max for him.. |

STA is deserved, there is no reason to lower his STA to yellow in any part of his younger/prime stats , same as TEC, although 94 is enough, his "trapping" skills speak for itself, that's why i choose in first instance a red value This since also self-explanatory > http://www.goal.com/en/news/1717/editor ... onas-heart Lowered ATT to 81 in "prime" set. lowered STA in the last set though, 84 is too much, aside that he wasn't already the starter anymore in Barcelona his endurance suffered a lot (for obvious reasons) |

If you want to use him with those stats, you can do that in your OF. It was agreed in the past that he doesn't need such high values for TEC, now again members are against this change and you still don't want to change it. That's just respectless towards the opinions of other members.. Tbh I find JeanMarc's suggestions pretty fair, also 89 or 90 should be the maximum for STA. There were enough matches where he didn't ran so much as in the one you've linked there.. |

I know where the TW 96 comes from, no need to hide it.. How unrespecful am i? If giving facts is being unrespectful https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=vqoMyO6xbr8 =>TEC and this is only less than 4 minutes to prove it let alone at least 15 years at the highest level Anyway, we're talking about somebody who run/walk over 80 km in 7 matches in the 2010 WC, yet if he gets 90 in STA is too much overall Then again, i know why all this happens, and at some point in my life i believe it, yet somehow people needs to "take their shirt" for a moment.. |

Wow, a YT compilation is now enough or raising abilities to red regions? I've seen similar things from Ansgar Brinkmann and didn't give him red values there.. But anyway, I'd just like to point this out again: 27DONI72 wrote: As admin I ask to El Capo don't change sets or teams without discuss with other members before. So since it seems nobody agrees with changes you made recently, could you please restore those topics? Thank you very much. The point is, that no one agrees with some of those changes here. And I don't see your problem with 90 for STA, Schweinsteiger also has 90 there (Lahm just 89) and I don't think that Xavi was ever better than him.. Anyway, this what I'd suggest for his prime: Spoiler: show |
