Sinthaweechai is a goalkeeper. He spent the majority of his career at Chonburi, where he played from 2007 to 2015 (he was loaned to Indonesian team Persib Bandung in 2009) and from 2019 to 2001 for a total of 350 appearances. With Chonburi, he won the 2007 Thai Premier League and three Kor Royal Cups. He capped for Thailand 79 times, winning the 2016 AFF Championship and the 2017 King's Cup. He was named Thai Goalkeeper of the Year in 2008 and Player of the Year in 2011.
Sinthaweechai is as much reliable between the posts as he is out of the goal. He mostly remains in his own area, showing the ability to catch the ball and save long range shots. He's decent one-on-one and he sometimes rushes outside the area to stop the incoming striker. As he doesn't have a huge physique, it allows him to be particularly quick and agile. He can jump quite high and use the feet to make saves.
