Wearing the number 7 jersey for most of his club and international career, he was capable of playing anywhere along the front line, although he was primarily deployed as a centre-forward, or as a supporting striker. Raúl was a quick, left-footed player, who was capable of scoring both in and outside the penalty area with his accurate and powerful shot. He possessed excellent ball control and technical ability, and was effective in the air as well as with his feet. Although primarily renowned for prolific goalscoring, Raúl was also a highly creative and hardworking player, capable of playing off of his teammates, creating chances and assisting goals, and was occasionally deployed as an attacking midfielder in his later career. In addition to these characteristics, Raúl is remembered for his leadership and discipline – throughout his extensive career, he never received a red card, and he was rarely booked. For his technical skills, elegance, goalscoring and performances, he was nicknamed "El Ferrari", by compatriot Fernando Hierro, another emblematic Real Madrid player.

Attack/Defence Awareness Card: Attack MindedExplanation: Kinda late, and also kinda rough since this set was based in a poor era for the "Merengues", when nearly everyone play bad in the team meaning the end of the so called "best club team ever formed" by Presi Pérez, The Galacticos; Even Owen coming from bench scored more than him. Yet, i had a suggestion for the passing values for the firsts both era; his passing (specially shorts) in first era could get more values; or the second one should had a lower value (although this one it's not 100% needed, it's more a point of view mine )

I put his two years in Schalke because his style of play or his skills didn't change, the only thing could add AMF as position because in Schalke he played a few times in this position, but I don't think we should add the position because he only played four matches more or less in that position...

Well he definitely doesn't need Fox in the Box Card for the last set. Especially at Schalke he never waited in the penalty box for the ball, no he mostly got the ball in the midfield and then went forward with it. Also AMF should be added, he didn't play few times, he played a lot of matches as AMF for Schalke..

Added AMF, although I think he played as SS but delayed in the field, the AMF function rarely did it, at least the AMF normal function
Removed Fox in the Box

I Think it's better to make a 2005-2006 set and extend the 1rst set to 2004 because during 2003 & 2004 his perfomances were still quite good during that time...

Extended first set to 2004, If you want guys I can make the set 2005-2006 (could be 05-08, and then keep the older set, the new set won't be too different from the 07-12 right now)

Yeah i think it will better like you said.. the only thing that his Finishing skills ( ST & SA ) Has to be lower especially for the 2005 & 2006 season where his form was in a bad stage

I think both this stats deserve a big update.. some values sound to me strange, first of all TMW and MEN.. TEC should stay below his AGG, IMO... STA is too high, I'd give him 83-84 in first set and 81 in the second.. there are also other things to change, I'd think about them in the next days

Agree with Simcav, you should check the Konami sets for the concerned eras and make updates then.

Guys, why does he need 88 and 90 in TMW? Let me know it.
He was a goal poacher, right? Inzaghi has 76 as max value in TMW, are really there 12 and 14 points of difference between them? Shevchenko has 82. Ganz has 74. Hamrin 80. Del Piero has 87 as max value. Ronaldo 82.
There is no needing for such high values. 82 is more than enough, IMO.
I think Raul deserves orange value for AGG, he scored almost 400 goals.
There are not 5 points of difference between BB in the two sets, in the second it can go up to 77-78, and maybe 79 in the first. 86 in AGI? Why?
And now, again, MEN. I can't understand these values compared to many and many and many other players like him. All these players has values lower and lower, like: - Owen: 72 - Klose: 83-77-82 - Inzaghi: 81-76-82 - Shevchenko: 83 - Vieri: 74-76-78 - Salas: 80
I'll wait some explanations.

I always remember Raúl as player with a hard determination to win games so rather feel comfortable using that values, although of course it can be decreased, but yes TW seems way OP in a team like RM.... especially when the last 2 years of him in RM, that team was a complete mess.... Concerning AGG, in 2nd set, i guess that he don't need more, 'cause.... he play more like a AMF- SS... I had nothing more to say P.S.: I always use Raúl with 78as max in STA Since PES 08
