Jørn Jamtfall is a former Norwegian goalkeeper who spent much of his career at Rosenborg. He was first choice goalkeeper for a few years and when he got older, he became a substitute. His greatest quality was his good positioning, which was better than his reflexes. He had troubles with catching the ball, but even though, he produced some magnificent saves. He was always in motion, ready to go for the ball if it went behind his defenders. His biggest problem throughout career was his inconsistency. He was able to defend brilliantly, and then, out of nowhere, to drop the ball or even put it in his own goal. Also, he couldn't jump that much, so he always had problems with higher shots. He dropped his form drastically in 1999, and after repeating mistakes on matches, he was moved on the bench. He played once for Norwegian NT, in 1997 against South Korea.
