Ali Dyab is considered one of the most prominent defenders in the history of Syrian football, ranking second in the number of appearances for the national team with 97 international caps. He began his career with Al-Majd Club and won the AFC Cup title with Al-Jaish Club. He also had professional stints in China and Iraq.
