He was very agile, but physically weak. Although he jumped well on high balls, he lacked the same efficiency that distinguished him in low passes, which was his only drawback. He was unafraid to enter the box, even despite his height and fragility, always seeking with ease and intelligence to create gaps in front of the goal with his skill and "unstoppable" shots, as former São Paulo FC player Mauro Ramos pointed out in 1949. Luizinho had no ambition to score, and even less did he want to create a spectacle by dribbling even inside the opponent's box. On the contrary, he always intended to outwit his opponents and find openings for his teammates to shoot. He is the third most-played player for Corinthians in history, with 608 games. He scored 175 goals in 607 games (an average of 0.29 goals per game). Luizinho was known for his ability to disconcert opponents with quick dribbling and provocation, as well as scoring decisive goals. Standing at 1.65m tall, Luizinho was fast and very difficult to mark, even going so far as to - according to legend - sit on the ball in a game against the Parque Antártica team after dribbling past his opponents. sources: https://pt.wikipedia.org/wiki/Luizinho_(futebolista,_1930)https://www.meutimao.com.br/jogador-do-corinthians/luizinhohttps://www.meutimao.com.br/idolos-do-corinthians/luizinhohttps://memoria.bn.gov.br/DocReader/DocReader.aspx?bib=119598&Pesq="luizinho"&pagfis=2923https://memoria.bn.gov.br/DocReader/DocReader.aspx?bib=119598&Pesq=%22luizinho%22&pagfis=2991https://www.uol.com.br/esporte/reportagens-especiais/a-carreira-de-luizinho-o-pequeno-polegar-idolo-do-corinthians-/https://memoria.bn.gov.br/DocReader/DocReader.aspxbib=119598&Pesq="luizinho"&pagfis=2746https://memoria.bn.gov.br/DocReader/docreader.aspx?bib=119598&pasta=ano%20194&pesq=&pagfis=2790https://memoria.bn.gov.br/DocReader/docreader.aspx?bib=119598&pasta=ano%20194&pesq=&pagfis=2792https://memoria.bn.gov.br/DocReader/DocReader.aspx?bib=119598&Pesq=%22luizinho%22&pagfis=2758https://tardesdepacaembu.wordpress.com/2012/12/18/luizinho-o-pequeno-polegar/

Bola Clássica wrote: He was left foot There is no consensus on this, I did a lot of research and people even argue. Even so, everything indicates that he was left-footed.

He was originally left foot who learned how to play with both legs.
In addition of that, he was inside-left in under categories. Playing alongside the left winger, Colombo.
When he played for Corinthians friendly matches in 1948/49 and the begining of Paulistao 49 he was still inside-left, he just turned inside-right at the end of the championship.
Just by comparative references, he was also considered the best player of probably the best Corinthians ever.
(PS: the best Corinthians ever is just my humble opinion)

I havent watched him yet, just personally curious about his STA. did he have reputation for great stamina, because usually Brazilian great dribblers play like they are wandering in the park, and that's their nature throughout their history. Didi who had reputation for great stamina only got 85.
