He made his debut as a starter in the top flight with Viktoria Žižkov. After two years as a player, he signed for Slavia Prague, with whom he won eight league titles. He spent a year abroad with the French club FC Sochaux. Afterwards, he returned to Slavia and won another title with them. He played briefly for Viktoria Žižkov, followed by a third return to Slavia and the winning of three more league titles. Vojtěch Bradáč is rightly considered one of the legends of the embroidered colors.
But he also played for their arch-rivals, Sparta Prague, although he only made a few appearances there and then returned to Slavia. He finished his career in the top flight with SK Nusle. He then played in the youth teams of Duchcov. He scored 165 goals in the Czechoslovak League, making him the league's top scorer.
