Attack-MindedINFO:Facundo Farías is an Argentine footballer who plays as a center forward or advanced midfielder. Born in Santa Fe (28/08/2002), he made his professional debut on September 2nd, 2019, in a 0-2 loss against Atlético Tucumán playing for Colón. The specialized press considers him one of the best prospects to have emerged from C.A. Colón in the 21st century; he has amazing dribbling in tight spaces, good ball control, agility, and sprinting. In 2021, Farías won the Copa de la Liga, the first title in the team's history, being one of the standout players, and the following year, he played in the Copa Libertadores, being the best player for Colón in the group stages. On September 29th, 2022, in the middle of a dispute over his signing between River Plate and Boca Juniors, the two largest clubs in Argentina, he suffered a torn cruciate ligament in his left leg, which kept him off the field for eight months. Finally, in July 2023, he signed for David Beckham's Inter Miami for an undisclosed fee between 7 and 12 million dollars. On January 19th, 2024, in a friendly game between Inter Miami and the El Salvador National Team, in which he was subbed in for Lionel Messi, he suffered another ACL injury, that will keep him out for another 8 months.
