Regarding first team, I'd swap Byelik or Costa for Hladkyy. I think that they had more success with the club than him.
You can put Aleksandr Ponomaryov in the reserves, he captained the team to the 3rd place in the league, the best result at the time. He spent last two seasons of his career in Shakhtar.
And I'd leave only Lucescu as coach.

Well, I make a lot of searches to make the teams and I spend a lot of time because I like doing this. I'm Italian so I probably don't know so much about many countries but I still try my best. By the way I choose Pyatov because he won a lot of titles but he is probably not so good.

But for example, above, expressed my opinion who to replace in the team. I think it deserves attention, given where I come from. He do not read Russian, and we have a lot of resources where such teams create, and many are guided by the opinion of football veterans, coaches and players.
