The most versatile defensive player of the seventies in Yugoslav football. All 5 positions in defense played without error. He usually played right back and the best game against Bayern in Belgrade. As a left back, he played in the 76/77 half-season, as a stopper most often in the national team, he was the libero in the great victory of Zvezda over Dinamo, and he also played a midfielder against Hertha in the semifinals of the Uefa Cup.

I understand these are Manchester years, but also cover the NT. Would add SWP and SB to his positions (both, mostly right). He also mentioned in one of his interviews (https://web.archive.org/web/20160305014 ... eniji.aspx) that he played in Man.Utd "a little in the middle of the defense, a little on the side."
