Milan bought him from Hellas Verona due to his performances but honestly at Milan he didn't do much a part of the first season. The era should be either 1999-2002 (Hellas Verona and Milan) or 2007-2009 if we want to highlight his relevant seasons with Aston Villa. I personally would prefer the first option.
About his stats he had strength and was very good in the air (maybe HEA is a bit too high though) but about defensive abilities he surely wasn't that good. I would give him DEF 83, DS high 60s, both SA and ST 60-61, MEN high 70. Moreover he missed really a lot of matches throughout his career due to injuries so I would give him even INJ C and COND 5.
