INFO:
Nwosu is a former attacking or right side midfielder. He started his career in 1979 and retired in 1993. He played for New Nigerian Bank, African Continental Bank, ASEC Mimosas in Ivory Coast, and Racing Club Bafoussam in Cameroon. He capped for Nigeria 60 times between 1980 and 1991, scoring 8 goals.
A gifted player, Nwosu is one of Nigeria's biggest football legends and, according to some, the greatest midfielder in the country's history. He was a commanding general in the pitch who gave hard times to his opponents despite having a small physique. He always knew how to have his way in the field, showing creativity, tactical intelligence, clever solutions, dribbling skills, close control, excellent ball distribution, the ability to conduct the game with pace and rhythm. When it comes to dribbling, some believe that he was second only to Okocha (an overstatement, in my opinion). Nwosu could also score, especially from set piece, was accurate with both feet and could shoot with notable power. He was surprisingly solid with his head too as he showed in two occasions during the 1988 Africa Cup final against Cameroon: the first time was a good heading goal that was controversially disallowed; the second was a diving header inside his own area to clear a threatening low cross.

66 shot accuracy for an AMF? It seems rare....he has lower value on it than a lot of centre-backs

It's not impossible that a centre-back can shoot better than a midfielder from a favourable position. Nwosu has higher values for SP and ST because he was more accurate when shooting from more difficult spots.
