INFO:Naicovu is a former centre-back. He started playing in 1963 with Ba F.C. where he spent the majority of his career, winning several titles during the 1960s and 1970s. He represented Fiji many times starting from 1967, and took part to the 1973 Oceania Cup. Considered one the best defenders in Fiji history, Naicovu was a commanding centre back, gifted with leadership skill. He was also tough, strong and comfortable on the ball. Despite being a defender, he's credited as the player who perfected the ball control with the chest in the Fiji Islands.
