Titi Camara is a former centre-forward who could also play as winger, especially on the left. His career started in 1990 at Saint-Étienne where he played until 1995, scoring 18 goals in 102 appearances. He then played 76 games for Lens between 1995 and 1997, scoring 18 goals. He then signed for Olympique de Marseille where he spent two years, playing 77 matches and scoring 10 goals. He transferred to Liverpool for the 1999-00 season. While he didn't do bad as he scored 10 goals in 37 appearances, he didn't impress enough and was sold at the end of the season. He retired in 2006 following mostly underwhelming experiences with West Ham United, Al-Ittihad Club in Saudi Arabia, Al-Sailiya in Qatar, and finally Amiens. He represented the Guinea national team from 1991 to 2004 and scored 27 goals in 57 caps.
Camara was a good striker who moved very well on the wings even when he was fielded as a centre-forward. He was gifted with a solid physique, great pace on the ball and over short distances, remarkable dribbling skill, excellent technique and ball control, accuracy on both feet, and a high jump that allowed him to win many aerial challenges. He wasn't always accurate in his shots nor was he very prolific, but he could be dangerous when he made difficult attempts such as volleys and overhead shots. As his ball distribution was average, especially his short passes, he would sometimes set up a teammate or try to send a long ball to the box, though his crosses were rarely accurate. He didn't dislike supporting the midfield as he frequently moved far from the opposition's area to fight for the ball, often managing to recover it with slide tackles.
