By opening Internacional 2-1 Al-Ahly's squad, Pato has become the youngest player to score goals in an official FIFA competition for all time. At that moment, Duck was seventeen and one hundred and two days old. The previous record was Pelé, who on June 19, 1958, scoring the only goal of Brazil 1-0 Wales, was seventeen years and two hundred and thirty-nine days. In the second half of the game, he staged one of the most outstanding throws of the World Cup when he lifted the ball with his heel, and did three dribbles with the ball on his shoulder at the bottom line.
